You are
- Discreet and organized: you make our customers feel at home.
- Attentive, you offer personalized service and a unique experience to each customer.
- Meticulous, your sense of service is impeccable and you have an eye for detail.
You will
- Perform daily cleaning of rooms and common areas according to schedule.
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of equipment, report issues.
- Prepare rooms before guest arrival, considering their preferences.
- Clean rooms upon guest departure following standard procedures.
- Deliver service in accordance with standards and procedures, suggest improvements.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, waste management rules, and conserve resources.
