The hostess's duties are to ensure a professional and pleasant welcome to customers, both by telephone and in person, to control the flow of customers in the restaurant and ensure their satisfaction by providing an excellent service.

• To act respecting the maximum waiting times for customers, without ever exceeding them;
• Receive the customers, according to the imposed standards;
• Directing guests to their table, ensuring the shortest possible waiting time;
• Anticipate the customers' needs, guaranteeing their total satisfaction;
• Say goodbye to customers in a friendly and professional manner, thanking them for their visit and inviting them back;
• Assist table service colleagues, if necessary.
• Organise the work station in order to meet the service requirements of his function;
