Health Care Assistant (Full Time)

SALARY

• Day Rate of €14.80 per hour and Night Rate €15.40 per hour, aligned with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include extra pay for Bank Holidays and all break times are fully paid, so for every 12-hour shift you work, you're paid for the full 12 hours—ensuring fair and accurate compensation for your time.

WORKING HOURS

• Full-time position offering flexibility, tailored to individual preferences
• This role will be primarily day duty, however some flexibility to cover night duty may be required from time to time, particularly to support annual leave and ensure continuity of care

Wicklow. Presently, we are actively seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to contribute to our continued success. • Work within a nurturing environment, where we maintain a strong staffing structure. Six Health Care Assistants each morning for a Maximum of 34 Residents, supported by the expertise of two Staff Nurses as well as a very experienced and knowledgably Director of Nursing, an Assistant Director of Nursing and a Clinical Nurse Manager. They will be readily available for advice and assistance

REQUIREMENTS

• QQI/Fetac Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Elderly, equivalent or working towards Fetac/QQI will be considered
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Ireland
• Strong communication and listening skills
