This is our motto for working together with elderly people in over six care facilities throughout Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Our biggest subsidiary, the Lothar-Christmann- Haus, a residential care facility with capacity for 87 intensive care patients as well as 150 apartments for assisted living, is located in Stuttgart. For this location, we are currently looking for several healthcare professionals and nurses in full-time employment, day- or night shift.
In January 2014 we have opened a new nursing home with capacity for 66 patients also located in Stuttgart.
We expect applicants to:
• pursue German recognition/certification as registered nurse
• understand the needs of elderly and/or dependent people
• desire to provide individual and high grade health care for senior citizen
• provide professional and affectionate attendance and support to our patients
• hold an A2 level German Language Certificate

• Salary:
Considering that participants spend large amounts of time participating in language courses, the applicants initially receive an employment contract as qualified expert without recognition (nursing- assistant contract) for a part-time or a full-time job (50% to 100% working hours of full time agreement).
Until recognition, the salary is dependent on the individual language level/ ability:
for example:
-level B1: gross monthly income = 1100,00 €, (part-time, without German accreditation)
-level B2: gross monthly income = 1200,00 €, (part-time, without German accreditation)
• After successful completion of the B2 German language Certificate as well as German accreditation of the foreign nursing diploma, participants will receive a gross monthly salary between 2.400,00 € and 2.500,00 € (full-time).
• Accommodation:
We will give active support to applicants looking for apartments in the Stuttgart area. We also hold a staff apartment building with low priced flats for accommodating our employees. It is conveniently located right next to our retirement home/ senior housing building, the Lothar-Christmann-House.
• Contact person (mentor)
For the first weeks, we will assign a fixed contact person (mentor) to each applicant.
This contact person will support the participant in interacting with authorities as well as be available for personal questions.
