We Are Hiring Experienced German-Speaking Customer Support Specialists (Remote) – Aviation & Travel Industry

Sutherland Bulgaria is expanding its team and looking for experienced professionals to support one of the world’s most respected international airlines.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist (German), you will be the primary point of contact for airline customers via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing flight bookings – changes, cancellations, additional services
  • Providing accurate information on flight schedules, fares, policies, and services
  • Handling customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Using internal systems to process requests efficiently
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience and service quality
Functievereisten
  • German – B2/C1 level, written and spoken, and English – minimum B2 level
  • Previous experience in customer support, call centers, hospitality, tourism, or aviation – experience is an advantage
  • Experience with Amadeus or other airline reservation systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems efficiently
  • Self-discipline and reliability when working from home
