Sutherland Bulgaria is expanding its team and looking for experienced professionals to support one of the world’s most respected international airlines.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist (German), you will be the primary point of contact for airline customers via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing flight bookings – changes, cancellations, additional services
- Providing accurate information on flight schedules, fares, policies, and services
- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
- Using internal systems to process requests efficiently
- Ensuring excellent customer experience and service quality
- German – B2/C1 level, written and spoken, and English – minimum B2 level
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, hospitality, tourism, or aviation – experience is an advantage
- Experience with Amadeus or other airline reservation systems is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems efficiently
- Self-discipline and reliability when working from home
- Fully remote/ home-office position with equipment provided
