German Speaker - Payment Specialist – Cork, Ireland

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced B2C e-commerce environment. 
• The role of a Payment Specialist is to provide key support for Sales, Sales Support, and Order Management on daily operational issues, resolution of customer queries and escalations in relation to all payment methods offered on the Client Online Store.
• This involves daily interaction with banks and our payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds by credit/debit card, wire transfer, cheque, loan and lease.

 Requirements for the job:

• Native or fluent in German language
• Degree in Business Information Systems (BIS).
• Strong communication skills, team player, customer focused and maintain a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in an information sensitive environment.
• Team player and ability to work in a changing challenging environment.
• Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to use discretion and work on own initiative.
• Very good accuracy and attention to detail.
• As this job is direct relation to order volume flexibility is required and will occasionally involve weekend work.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
