Are you a customer-oriented and proactive person? We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team this season!
Main Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and friendliness.
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
Provide guests with information about the campsite and its facilities.
Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Promote campsite services and recommend local activities to guests.
Resolve any incidents quickly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee a smooth operation.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in customer service (previous experience in hotel or campsite reception is
a plus).
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory); French, German, or Dutch is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours during the season.
