Fleet Coordinator / Transport Planner

Sesé is a global supply chain partner offering integrated, digital, sustainable, and innovative solutions. We are currently looking for an International Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Germany supporting our International Automotive Operations team.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor the transit of dedicated fleet trucks assigned to international routes.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to resolve needs and incidents.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding information requests or issues.
• Manage customs procedures and export/import documentation.
• Supervise and optimize driving and transit times.

• Vocational training in Transport and Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Fluent level of English (full professional proficiency).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work in shifts.

• Additional language skills, such as Romanian, are a plus.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads.
• Experience in transport or fleet management roles.
• Knowledge of tachograph regulations.
