We are seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager based in a European country with an active and well-maintained Airbnb account for an exciting opportunity to manage short-term rental properties in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including guest communication, booking coordination, cleaning schedules, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

This project offers a competitive salary of up to $3200 per month, with additional performance-based incentives. Qualifications & Requirements:
• Active Airbnb account with a strong history of successful property management.
• Proven experience in managing short-term rental properties, preferably within the United Kingdom & European market.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using property management software and tools (e.g., Airbnb).
• Must be located in a European country.
