Tasks:

  • Assisting travellers applying for a visa to enter the U.S.
  • Supporting travellers in technical and financial questions
  • Cooperating with the U.S. Embassies and higher departments
  • Communication via phone, e-mail and chat

Requirements:

  • Fluent language skills in English and Estonian
  • Exceptional writing and speaking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for providing excellent service
  • Basic software knowledge
