As a member of our team, you will enjoy a long-established service, on-site training, and continuous professional development. You will also be part of a supportive team of highly qualified and experienced professionals, led by our owner-manager who is committed to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing positive, loving, and meaningful experiences for each child, encouraging their development and positive behavior in a fun and engaging environment. You will also be responsible for nappy changing procedures, safe sleep/first light, and ensuring that each child feels safe, loved, and cared for. Creativity and effective communication with parents and managers are also essential skills.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of FETAC level 5 in Childcare/Montessori or a degree in Early Years Educator and Care and Pedagogy, which is recognized by DCYA. You should also have a genuine love and care for children, be enthusiastic, and possess a good working knowledge and understanding of Aistear (NCCA) Play-based curriculum, Siolta, and the preschool regulations.

In addition to our comprehensive COVID policy and procedures, all classrooms have direct access to their own outdoor covered play areas, ensuring that the safety and well-being of our children and staff are always a top priority.
