Kelly is currently recruiting Customer Support Agents (f/m/d) with fluency in the Italian language, to integrate a project of a well-respected client located in the center of Porto.
The main mission of this role is to provide excellent support to customers of one of the most renowned banks in Europe, regarding questions about insurance, credit, and other banking issues.
Our client is a prestigious international company of French origin, which has been operating in the field of Customer Relationship Management for over 30 years, with know-how in various business areas.
What tasks does this role include?
- Receiving calls from various customers to resolve issues on various topics;
- Email management, as well as guaranteeing a response in other communication channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.);
- Backoffice tasks.
What will you bring to the role?
- Domain of the Italian language (oral/written): level C1 or higher (mandatory);
- Good communication skills;
- Previous experience in similar tasks;
- Good command of IT tools from the user's point of view;
- Dynamism, proactivity, ambition, and determination.
