Requirements:
- Fluent in English and/or German and/or Spanish and/or Italian
- Problem solving abilities
- Working independently and in a positive team environment
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Precise and persistent personality
Key tasks:
- Manage inbound calls from all clients
- Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle inquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Other administrative duties
