- Communication with customers and logistics service suppliers
- Support of active customers in the use of loxxter
- Perform invoice audit and claim management for selected customers
- Adjusting freight rates and project settings
- Providing ideas for the further development of loxxter
- Several years of experience in logistics (sales, freight purchasing, pricing ?)
- Mastery of technical vocabulary in German and English language
- Independent, proactive and team player
- Experienced handling of MS-Office
- Hands-on mentality
