What you'll do

Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, providing a professional and friendly voice reservation experience;

Match hotel products to customer needs, generating revenue and enhancing brand preference;

Respond to inquiries regarding prices, hotel details, reservations, payment conditions, and loyalty program queries;

Convert calls into bookings using positive sales and marketing techniques while identifying customer needs and preferences;

Utilize systems, information, and tools effectively to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience;

Support team performance by motivating colleagues and contributing to shared goals.

Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2);

Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);

Previous experience in Sales and/or Hospitality/Tourism;

Social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;

Strong web-based navigation skills;

Familiarity with reservation systems and tools is a plus;

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
