Customer Care Expert (English and/or Spanish)
At United Call Centers we provide quality services to our clients and we are looking for a best candidate to join our organization as a Customer Care Expert (English and/or Spanish). Our partner is the world’s leader in airline and workforce lodging logistics, with the industry’s largest hotel database. Key Tasks:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from all clients and partners
- Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle inquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or French (English is a must)
- Problem solving abilities
- Working independently and in a positive team environment
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Precise and persistance personality
