Job description:

  • Preparing all kinds of hot and cold dishes and desserts
  • Preparing cold and hot appetizers, side dishes, vegetable dishes and soups
  • Cleaning and tiding work surfaces, used devices and tools
  • Obliging to adhere to the technology of food preparation and handling of food and cooked food
  • Taking care of the tidiness and cleanliness of the kitchen and the implementation of HACCP standards
  • Participating in the preparation and compilation of menus
  • Supervising the quality of staff work in order to provide superior service prescribed by the standards of the employer
  • Educates and advises subordinate employees

 

Required knowledge and skills:

  • High school / university degree and at least 1 year of experience in the same or similar jobs
  • Kindness and communicativeness
  • Knowledge of English, preferably knowledge of another foreign language
  •  A sense of cleanliness, tidiness and responsibility
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge and transfer it to the team.
