Purpose
As a Cook A, you will be responsible for the execution and production of the menu in strict accordance with the Mitsis Group standardized recipes and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the daily menu production of your assigned section (Cold Kitchen / Hot Kitchen / Theme Restaurants), adhering to the Group’s operational standards and official recipes.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and your immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow and the timely resolution of any issues.
- Promptly report any problems or ingredient shortages within your station to your supervisor.
- Supervise and mentor subordinates, providing guidance to ensure the efficient flow of their daily tasks.
- Comply with ISO procedures and ensure the rigorous application of health, safety, and hygiene regulations at your station.
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and current culinary trends.
- Knowledge of and strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
