Continues Improvement Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
• Analyze the processes and procedures of the company;
• Develop process enhancement strategies;
• Investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes;
• Establish norms and standards of company performance;
• Monitor staff performance and organizational processes;
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction;
• Develop and implement ideas and opinions to other members of management;
• Manage project teams of various sizes;
• Provide training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes;
• Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization;
• Assure compliance of processes and procedures to company standard;
• Participate on the day-to-day activities of the teams.
Your Skills:
• Bachelor or master degree in business administration;
• At least 5 years’ experience in lead international improvement teams in international and multi-cultural environments;
• L6S Black Belt;
• Fluent in English, other languages as a plus (German, Spanish,...);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Offi ce tools, SAP, Matlab or similar; • Strategic and analytical mindset;
• Excellent communicator with top-notch presentation, skills;
• Knowledge of latest process enhancement strategies;
• Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Mentoring skills;
• Lead organizational change
