Construction Site (Male)

1. General Worker

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers in various construction tasks
• Carry materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean and prepare construction sites
• Follow safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• No formal education required, but experience is a plus
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

2. Steel Fitter

Responsibilities:

• Cut, shape, and install steel structures
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Weld and assemble metal components
• Ensure structural stability and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in steel fitting or welding
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Knowledge of safety procedures

3. Mason

Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, stones, and concrete blocks
• Construct walls, foundations, and other structures
• Mix and apply mortar and cement
• Repair and maintain masonry structures

Requirements:

• Experience in masonry or relevant construction field
• Skilled in using trowels, levels, and masonry tools
• Ability to work in different weather conditions

4. Tiler

Responsibilities:

• Install ceramic, marble, and granite tiles
• Prepare and level surfaces before tiling
• Cut and fit tiles to specifications
• Apply grout and finishing touches

Requirements:

• Experience in tile installation
• Knowledge of adhesives and materials
• Precision and attention to detail

5. Fitter

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and repair mechanical systems
• Fit and align machine parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Perform quality control checks

Requirements:

• Technical training or experience in mechanical fitting
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Knowledge of safety and operational procedures

6. Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints
• Troubleshoot wiring and connections
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Certified electrician with relevant qualifications
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies

Age Limit:

- Males: 20-45 years

*Working Hours:*

- 8 hours per day (Monday to Friday).

- Work on Saturdays and overtime will be paid additionally, in accordance with Romanian labor laws.
