MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Service, making the culinary preparations that are entrusted to it, according to the established techniques and the type, quality and quantity of ingredients indicated.
TASK, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in cooking preparations under supervision.*
Make the basic preparations, as well as any other related to the culinary preparations that are entrusted to him. *
Prepare dishes for which you have received appropriate training.*
Carry out the functions of the service in cooking preparations under the supervision and guidelines emanating directly from the same person to whom he delegates.*
Carry out the tasks derived from the occupation profile.*
Cleaning and disinfection of vegetables, fruits and eggs
Help in the preparation of poultry, meat, fish and Seafood
Transportation of food to the hut from the central kitchen.
Transportation of food to the hut from the central kitchen.
At the end of the service, carry out the corresponding cleaning of the kitchen machinery.
