Job content

Your duties and responsibilities as a CNC turner:

• You are responsible for the preparation, setup and programming of a teach-in CNC (ISO programming: Fanuc control) lathe.
• You translate technical drawings into finished parts.
• You perform CNC machining processes independently.
• If you don't like serial work, this is your opportunity! We only produce unique pieces.
• You perform quality control checks on finished products.

As a CNC turner:

• Do you preferably have a technical education or have accumulated equivalent experience.
• Do you have knowledge of a CNC control, teach-in.
• Can read and interpret technical drawings.
• Do you have knowledge of different materials and machining technology turning.
• Are you willing to work 2 shifts.
• Can you work independently.
• Ideally, you have already worked in a production environment.

• You are entitled to an attractive salary based on your knowledge.
• You will receive meal vouchers of €5 per day worked.
• At the end of the year, on top of your year-end bonus, you will also receive eco cheques of €250.
• If you come to work by bike, you will receive a bike allowance of €0,27 per kilometer.
• You are entitled to 32 holidays: 20 conventional holidays and 12 ADV days. We close a number of days during Carnaval, 4 weeks during the summer vacations and also a number of days between Christmas and New Year. The remaining holidays are free to choose.
• According to our joint committee, you are entitled to additional paid holidays according to your seniority and age.
• You have fixed working hours from 06h00-14h00 (morning shift) and 14h00-22h00 (afternoon shift).
• You will have the opportunity to continue to grow technically through internal training programs.
