As Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Managing all technicians and green services

· Monitoring inventory and execution of maintenance and repair works (NEN2767)

· Advising and supervising projects concerning the reduction of energy consumption, both in terms of process and facilities.

· Follow-up works carried out

· Call for tenders, price comparison and ordering of materials

· Price request and contracts subcontractors - specialised experts

· Annual implementation of the ASPEN index

· Financial follow-up

Functievereisten

. Bachelor in Industrial Sciences or Master in Engineering (architecture, electrical engineering, electricity or energy management)

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience 

· Interested in innovation, new techniques and energy management

· Cost-conscious

· Likes to take initiative and responsibility

· Customer-oriented attitude

· Attention to safety on site, safety of customers and employees

· Well multilingual, N/F/E Dutch-speaking or French-speaking with knowledge of the second national language (spoken European level B2)
