Chefs - Senior Chef de Partie and Commis Chef
The Headfort Arms Hotel are recruiting Chefs for immediate start.
The Headfort Arms is a 45-bedroom hotel situated in the heart of the Bonye Valley in Kells, Co. Meath.
We have three food and beverage outlets including the Kelltic Bar gastro pub, hotel dining area and award-winning Vanilla Pod restaurant.
Senior Chef de Partie
The ideal candidate will possess experience in holding their own section in the kitchen and reporting directly to the head chef and executive head chef in the hotel.
We require the candidate to be able to work on their initiative and also as part of a well-established team of chefs here.
Attractive salary offered for the correct candidate and flexibility over working hours and shifts.
At least 5 years’ experience in a restaurant/hotel environment is required and knowledge of HACCP procedures is a must.
Commis Chef
Candidates urged to apply would have experience in a kitchen and looking to further their development in a high-volume environment.
We require the candidate to be able to work on their initiative and also as part of a well-established team of chefs here.

At least 1 year of experience is required for this role and knowledge of HACCP procedures is a must. Training will be provided to progress the candidates career.
