• providing for a complete satisfaction of guests,

• providing for excellent cuisine at hotel restaurants,

• preparing hot and cold meals, and menus,

• caring for the efficiency of the working process.

Conditions for obtaining the position:

• at least secondary vocational education in gastronomy (gastronomer and hotelier, cook),

• knowledge of the Slovenian language and/or English language, desirable knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Italian and/or German and/or Russian,

• work experience in a comparable position (desirable international experience in a restaurant/restaurants of higher category)

• excellent knowledge of foods, recipes, food preparation

• mastery of cooking skills
