We are a small family business and our business is hotel, restaurant, hostel and cottage rental. We also have animals and our own cultivation. Kolåsen is located remote, next to the beautiful Skäckerfjällen. To work here, you should like nature, silence, tranquility and solitude. Nature is what is available when you are free. Accommodation in a room or cottage is included free of charge. We have a collective agreement and all our services have a contractual salary. For the summer of 2022, we are now looking for a chef. You will have your own responsibility during lunches and be an assistant chef during dinners. We prepare our food from scratch from good and own ingredients. Experience: You must have a great interest in cooking and have experience from the kitchen and be able to take responsibility.

Kolåsens Fjällhotell is a family-owned hotel located at Skäckerfjällen. A fantastically beautiful nature reserve with wild animals and beautiful forest. We focus on preparing food taken from our own farm and self-bred animals. Of course, moose, reindeer and char are always recurring on the menu.
