Job Overview
The Maid is responsible for the tidying and cleaning of the hotel rooms and corridors as well as the replenishment of all necessary room consumables, according to the instructions of the Floor Supervisor and the company's operational standards.

- Prepares equipment and performs all tasks related to the start and end of each shift (mise en place).
- Distributes orders for additional items in the rooms (linen, pillows, toiletries, etc.) in accordance with the hotel's service standards
- Reports any damages and wear and tear she/he observes to her/his supervisor.
- Is familiar with the hotel premises to be able to answer questions and provide clarification to guests whenever and if needed.
- Assists in all tasks related to the department.
- Provide assistance to customers in recovering lost items.
- Ensuring that all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.
- Adhering to hotel security instructions
