Business Intelligence Coordinator
Business Intelligence Coordinators are reporting wizards. They build and develop reports based on the data from various financial and recruitment systems. They also assist with market research activities and help develop assets and collateral to support BI activities, including standard templates and inventories.
Responsibilities:
- Extracting data from various systems
- Manipulating extracted data in excel using pivot tables functions and formulas, creating data sets and charts as a base for analysis
- Supporting the Specialist and Principal Specialist (Business Intelligence) in the development of client reports based on business requirements
- Carry out basic analysis on data to provide trends analysis on information including but not limited to: recruitment activity, financial/ spend data, sourcing channels and usage of technology
- Work together with the Specialist/ Principal Specialist (Business Intelligence) to develop new reports, ad hoc reports and improve on existing reports
Inspired? From a BI Coordinator we would expect:
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience responding to customers over the telephone Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrable experience of extracting required data from various systems to produce end reports
- Experience of using human resource and recruitment technology databases and workflows would be an asset
