Business Applications Consultant with German and English
Sutherland is seeking a motivated and passionate person to join us as a Business Application Consultant.
The Business Applications Consultant provides technical support via phone, email and chat for Enterprise clients that are using cloud-based applications and serves as customer’s primary point of contact, owning customers’ issues from start to finish. This could include responding to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. In some situations, up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged.
