Business Analyst /Technical & Business Analysis

This is a permanent role based in Naas, Co, Kildare.  As a business system analyst you will use your knowledge of business process,  technical background and core business analyst skills to add value to system design and process improvement projects. 

The business analyst will lead the business system analysis, gather requirements, analyse existing systems and collaborate with developers in system design. This business analyst is likely to enjoy technical challenges, have an eye for document detail, and be familiar with UML and Visio.

Description of position:

• Analyse existing business systems and gather business requirements
• Engage closely with developers in design of business systems

Necessary skills:

• Higher Education
• Good level of English, both spoken and written

• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to mock-up UI screens & user flows
• Ability to organise and collate user interviews and focus groups

Experience:

• 3 years + experience as a business analyst
• Technical background
• Business process analysis methodologies
