Dromoland Castle - Breakfast Chef. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: - The smooth running the breakfast section. Ensuring that food is prepared to a 5 star standard. Ensuring food hygiene practices are maintained at all times. Staff restaurant meals. Assisting in other sections of the Resort’s Kitchens when required. Candidate need to meet the following criteria: - Have 3rd level qualification. Have previous experience, preferably within a breakfast section. Have a level of high service standards that are the expectations of 5 star guests. Must be focused on standards with excellent attention to detail. Motivation: - Accommodation can be provided as part of your contractual agreement with this role. Full Training is provided and work with a team of professionals.
