We are looking for two Department Managers to join our Operations teams in BESTSELLER Logistics – one for our site in Fredericia (BSF) and one in Erritsø (BSE). You will play a key role in leading and developing your team and ensuring that we deliver high-quality logistics services to our brands and customers every single day. 

YOUR TEAM  
You will join one of our Operations departments at BESTSELLER Logistics – BSF or BSE – where collaboration is the key to success. 
 Each department consists of dedicated shift leads and blue-collar colleagues who ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Together, you create a positive and safe working environment where people thrive and deliver their best.

YOUR ROLE   
As Department Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of your department – leading, motivating and developing your team to reach operational goals.

At BSF, you will oversee the NOOS setup for JACK & JONES (LCN buffer warehouse) together with four shift leads and approximately 50 blue-collar employees.

At BSE, you will manage the assortment operations for all brands together with two shift leads and approximately 30 blue-collar employees.

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Taking the lead in developing new business solutions and procedures while securing the right capabilities, processes, systems, and organizational setup to deliver on the strategic goals  
  • Managing stakeholders across Logistics Operations, BESTSELLER TECH and external technology vendors, who are all important in making best practice become reality    
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and motivating work environment where people feel valued and take ownership of their work
  • Driving digitalization and optimization initiatives to balance workloads and keeping the organization effective with a high service level across all areas.

  • Leadership experience from logistics, production, or a similar operational environment
  • A proven ability to lead through others, creating engagement and accountability
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to connect across Operations, Planning, People, and IT
  • Experience driving process optimization at the intersection of people, systems, and technology
  • An educational background within logistics, supply chain or production is preferred
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
