Bar Attendant

We are currently seeking suitably experienced candidates to work as a Bar Attendant in the Hastings Everglades Hotel.

Responsible for:

• Serving beverages and food to guests in line with four star sevice.
• Working within a team to ensure the customer experience is exceptional and guests' expectations are met.
• Ensuring the bars are set up for service in line with requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and service presentation at all times.
• Delivering a professional service.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience of dispensing beverages and providing beverage service.
• Previous experience of using a bar till system.
• Previous experience of serving food.
• Educated to GCSE Level.
• Demonstrable customer awareness and a welcoming manner.
• Ability to work within a team.
• High standards of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Desirable Requirements:

• Previous relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Previous Barista and cocktail experience.
