Are you passionate about baking and want to spend your summer in one of Sweden’s most
beautiful locations? Ingmarsö Bakery, a family-owned artisan bakery in the heart of the
Stockholm archipelago, is looking for talented bakers to join our team this summer!
About Us
We started as a small bakery and have grown into a café, restaurant, bar, deli-shop and
boutique – all in a charming old barn by the sea. Our specialty is stone-oven baked bread,
sourdough and traditional Swedish buns. We serve our delicious baked goods at our garden-
restaurant at Ingmarsö and we also deliver to neighboring islands via our “bread boat”
We host pizza nights, live music, themed evenings and catering events throughout the
summer. At our place it’s always something fun going on.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
• Can take responsibility and work independently.
• Enjoys being busy and thrives in a dynamic, fun environment.
• Loves baking and takes pride in high-quality work.
We would love it if you:
• Are comfortable making dough and shaping bread
• Have experience with ovens and baking buns (a plus!)

Job Details
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a baker, with sourdough and bread shaping
experience
• Salary: Individual, fixed monthly salary (negotiable)
• Schedule: Full-time, seasonal June–August
• Accommodation: Provided, and we will help with all practical arrangements
