Assistant Manager Quick Service Restaurant

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the quick service restaurant industry.
Drive-Thru (DT) experience is essential.
Must be eligible work In Ireland
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering top-quality guest experiences.
A passion for operational excellence and efficiency.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Manage and support a team of staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
Support the restaurant manager in training and development of staff.
What we offer:
