Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)
We are seeking for our Global Transaction Center (GTC) in Berlin for the next possible date an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This job will be unlimited and in full-time.
Your tasks:
■ You are in charge of posting customer payments, performing accounts
receivable related payments and clarifying discrepancies with customers
■ Therefore, you will have constant contact with customers, sales and
logistic, credit management and colleagues in other financial
departments
■ Moreover, you participate in preparing the monthly and quarterly closings
for the whole KWS Group
■ You assist in creating ageing reports and dunning procedures
■ You execute all activities in compliance to rules, guidelines and procedures of KWS
Your profile:
■ Preferably you have a completed
apprenticeship or an academic degree in
Business Administration/Economics/Finance
or equivalent.
■ Moreover, you have first experience in the
field of Finance – especially in Accounting
■ Experience in working in an international Shared Service organization is an additional advantage
■ You can meet tight deadlines and manage
high volume transactions with a high
customer orientation and extraordinary
service attitude
■ Your communication skills and your
cooperative and team-working mindset
complete your profile
■ Fluent German (written and spoken) and a good understanding of English is a must, other European languages are a plus.
