This ONSITE event, held in the heart of Brussels, will welcome up to 12 international companies specialised in customer services. Companies will be invited to present their companies in French, Dutch or English to around 400 jobseekers at the event.
Tuesday October 6, 2015 about a dozen European employers will gather in Brussels to meet you. That is why Actiris, the Forem and the VDAB would like to invite you for the European Job Day Contact Center “Working abroad in a customer service: a springboard in your career“.

You are customer-oriented and you speak English rather well?
Then boost your career and go for a foreign work experience in a contact center!
Job Day
During this Job Day you will meet interesting European employers that are looking to hire new talent for their contact center. It is the perfect opportunity to introduce yourself and learn more about the company, the job and the country.
The EURES Advisers and other job experts will give you all the necessary information to prepare your leave and ensure your integration in your host country (social security, administrative formalities etc.).

Preliminary workshop
Distinguish yourself from the other candidates and follow a preliminary workshop. This workshop is the perfect preparation for the Job Day. You will receive the occupation codes, information about the sector, tips and tricks, information about the techniques used for job interviews etc.
Additionally you will meet specialists that will answer all your questions regarding your jobsearch en give you hints and tips for your resume.
NB: Participation in this workshop is strongly recommended but not obligatory to participate in the Job Day of October 6.
