You are invited to join us for the Work in Lapland event and find out! Maybe you will be discovering the wonders of the North yourself during the next season.
Join us September 7th, 2023 from 11.00 to 15.00 (CET) to get a glimpse of the wonders of the winter season!
In the event, you can find employers looking for their next talent for the upcoming season. There are a variety of positions around northern Finland and Lapland. Some of you could find yourselves hunting the Northern Lights in the most spectacular nature. We invite you to participate and get a taste of the special atmosphere of working together! The leading sectors in the event are tourism and hospitality.

The previous season was as busy as it gets. There were more direct flights from all over Europe than ever before. Are you up for the challenge? But don't worry, during the event day you will receive a lot of information about what it is like to live and work in Finland and Lapland. You will learn some pretty cool facts about winter. There will also be interviews and videos from the employers. Remember to register and keep up to date with the exhibitors and job opportunities!
We also want to welcome all employers from the Finnish North! The sooner you register - the better. You can reach potential jobseekers with different language skills, experience, and backgrounds. The event focuses on Tourism, Hotel and Catering sectors as well as different sectors within Industry for employers from Lapland, North Ostrobothnia and Kainuu. You can register right away and publish the vacancies. Jobseekers can already apply to open vacancies, and you can browse applications even before the event. Maybe you can fill some positions before the event! During the event day, you will have the opportunity to interview applicants, chat with job seekers, and showcase your company on the day's agenda page.
