The Chef de Partie's main responsibilities are to ensure the activities of the kitchen service, complying with the established standards and procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of an excellent service.

• Kitchen service activities, complying with the established standards and procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of an excellent service;
•  Functions in accordance with HACCP standards;
• Functions in accordance with luxury hospitality standards;
• Mise en plase;
•  Recipe interpretation;
• Food preparation and associated products;
• Portioning of prepared food
• Preparing food and its decoration;

• Cleaning and organization of the benches assigned to the service.

• Passion for the job, dedication, professionalism and capacity for teamwork;
• Attention to detail, friendliness, dynamism, willpower and the desire to be more and better at a professional level, always!
• Fundamental knowledge of kitchen production;
• Passion for cooking and food preparation and associated products;
• Cooking Technician Course in Hotel and Catering Schools;
• Experience in the kitchen production area;
• Good knowledge of H.A.C.C.P.
