Warehouse Administrator - BAT Trieste
Join BAT as a Warehouse Administrator and be part of a high-performing team in a globally recognized FMCG company. In this role, you will support efficient and organized warehouse operations by managing inventory, processing customer orders, and handling supplier communications. Reporting to the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in inventory management, order processing, and logistics documentation, ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Accurately register incoming goods in computerized databases or in designated manual registers.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders from suppliers when inventory is low, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
- Order Processing:
- Handle customer orders by updating order statuses in warehouse systems, facilitating prompt and accurate order preparation.
- Prepare all necessary shipping documents, including waybills and transport paperwork, to ensure smooth dispatch of goods.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Manage all relevant documentation for both domestic and international shipments.

Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers, ensuring all paperwork complies with national and international regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or relevant degree preferred.
- Solid prior experience in a warehouse setting, with proven expertise in inventory and order management.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in SAP for inventory management and order processing.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and compliance requirements.
- Personal Attributes:
- A precise and meticulous approach, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
