We are looking for partners to staff the service department. He/She will be responsible for the proper reception and service of the customers, providing them with adequate information and clarifications on the food and beverage menus. He/She will be responsible for the entire cycle of the order, while at the same time he/she will take care of various jobs that arise in the bar or restaurant by handling them himself/herself or by pointing them out to the superiors. He/She must be ready at any time to respond to a customer's call in order to satisfy his/her request. Finally, he/she will be responsible for the delivery and collection of the customer's account.
As part of his/her duties, waiter/ress must be communicative, team-oriented, quick in thinking and on his/her feet, observant, extremely attentive and of course very kind to customers.
Education and Experience:
- Over 19 years of age
- One (1) year of work experience as a waiter
- High school diploma (required)
- Very good oral knowledge of Greek and English (mandatory)
- Additional knowledge of foreign languages is considered an asset and will be taken into account
