Job Description
To serve food and beverage to guests and provide friendly services according to the resort standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction. Other responsibilities include taking care of operational equipment, maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant/bar and station area, processing payments and handling guests’ enquiries.
Candidate Profile
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude
- Team player, passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results
- Self-motivated, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably Russian, French or German) and hospitality education would be considered as extra assets
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an a la carte or buffet restaurant of a 5* property
- Knowledge of Micros or other P.O.S. appliances
