We are looking for a waiter with sommelier certificate for our restaurants for the 2024 season. 

Job Description: 

  • Communicate with guests and provide excellent service to meet their expectations. 
  • Be a skilled salesperson, present, recommend, and serve food and drinks in a professionally correct manner. 
  • Prepare hot and cold beverages, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. 
  • Set up and clear dining areas for various occasions.

Our service areas include: 

  • Restaurant Fjorden, the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 
  • Restaurant Julie, brasserie with à la carte. 
  • Café Løsta, light dishes. 
  • Banquet department. 
  • Lounge bar and nightclub.
Requisiti professionali

Sommelier education is required.

This is a seasonal contract from 1st May until 31. October 2024 (Start and ending date can be discussed).
