We are looking for a Waiter (M/F), who will guarantee a fantastic gastronomic experience for everyone who visits us.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect and serve food and beverage orders to customers, in accordance with established standards;
- Welcome and serve customers, presenting them with the menu, giving explanations about the various dishes and drinks and taking orders, transmitting them to the respective sections;
- Ensure an appealing and consistent presentation of all requests;
- Ensure that all orders are served at the correct temperature;
- Ensure that all spaces are always in excellent condition, clean and prepared to receive our customers;
Ensure compliance with product and service quality standards - Ensure quality and excellent service to customers, including interacting with them, responding to their queries and effectively handling their complaints;
- Collaborate in stock control and the execution of periodic inventories;
Requisiti professionali
- Orientation towards teamwork;
- Dynamism;
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
