Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro
Token Distribution & Collection: Issue tokens to customers in exchange for cash or digital payment and collect used tokens at designated areas.
- Cash Handling & Record-Keeping: Accurately process transactions, maintain records of token sales, and reconcile the token inventory at the end of each shift.
- Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries about tokens, including pricing, validity, and usage within the club.
- Collaboration with Bar & Security Teams: Work closely with bartenders and security personnel to ensure a seamless customer experience and prevent unauthorized token use.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of token stock and notify management when restocking is required.
- Compliance with Club Policies: Adhere to all nightclub policies, including responsible service of alcohol and customer safety guidelines.
