For our tender & transport execution department, onshore market unit, we are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Tender & Construction Coordinator. The position is placed in the sales support team within the UNA North Project Management organization. As a Tender and Construction Coordinator you will be responsible for technical sales support during the bid and negotiation phase of the project.

What are my responsibilities?

· Assisting in planning of turbine installations including transport and crane services. · Support tender and construction manager with cost calculations and quotes · Prepare comparison of quotes for transport, crane and installation · Sending request for quotations to transport, crane and installation companies · Ad hoc reporting tasks to management · Maintaining weekly overview of ongoing projects · Participate in weekly priority meeting In this position some travel activities within UNA North region countries are to be expected. Approximately 10 days a year.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· You have a commercial educational background combined with technical project management experience or a technical educational background with commercial experience. · Ideally, you are already working in the wind industry or have worked in a supporting role to large construction projects or within heavy transports. · As a person you posses a high drive while being responsible and open minded towards working in a large multinational organization with many stakeholders. · You understand the importance of good customer service and have the ability to work under pressure of time. · Experience working with complex Excel spreadsheets and project planning tools is considered an advantage. · You possess good English skills both orally and in writing and you are able to communicate at all levels in the organization. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
