As a Technical supervisor, you are responsible for planning and monitoring the preventive and curative maintenance of the machines and installations.

The organisation is always done in coordination with production. You lead and coach the entire technical team which is responsible, on a daily basis, for qualitative technical inventions and maintenance of our machine park consisting of: various injection machines such as Krauss Maffei, Demag,... (machines of max. 2300T), robots (e.g. Sepro, Wittman, ...) and other equipment such as Poka Yokes, dryers, mould heaters, etc. .

You are responsible for the start-up of new projects and continuous improvements of all kinds. You make the necessary preparations and you guarantee their realisations, follow up and adjustments. In addition, you manage the quotations. You request prices, place the orders and fulfil the implementation.

YOUR PROFILE -

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’ s Degree
  • Experience in similar position in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of IATF-audits, SMED, LEAN, 8D, Ishikawa,…
  • Experience in injection moulding is a plus
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Fluent to read, write and speak in English
