Responsibilities:
- The AP Team Leader will ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions for assigned team, in accordance with performance and quality standards
- Participation in knowledge transfer phase from Germany
- Support the transition of OpCo AP processes into the SSC
- Manage the team to achieve performance/quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required
- Support and develop the team through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews
- Proposes, evaluates and supervises the implementation of process improvements in collaboration with Manager
- Resolve customers & OpCo queries or complaints relating to AP processes
- Support internal/external audit requirements in respect of SSC AP processes
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes
- Experience of leading or coordinating an accounting team
- Experience of knowledge transfer activity
- Strong interpersonal, communication and cooperation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Very good communication skills in German and English
