The prestigious Kempinski Palace Portorož and Kempinski Adriatic Istria Croatia are hiring colleagues in the Spa.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Providing professional massage treatments according to guest needs and spa standards,
- Conduct consultations to determine guest preferences and heath conditions,
- Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests before, during and after treatment,
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and order in the treatment rooms and equipment,
- Promote spa treatments, products and packages,
- Uphold confidentiality and guests privacy at all times,
- Asist with other spa duties as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Requisiti professionali
- High school education and a massage course or other completed courses with a certificate,
- Work experience in the field of providing massages and various care,
- Communicative, friendly, tidy, professional,
- Sales and marketing orientation ,
- Self-initiative and flexibility,
- Ability to work in a team.
