Within e-commerce, products are the most important part and having accurate, extensive, and searchable information is paramount to any successful e-commerce strategy. The Bizzkit platform and our PIM product provides exactly that. It is a robust software solution to manage product information at scale.

PIM handles many workflows to manage product information: manual changes in the UI, import from external sources and programmatic integration with its API. A complex data model lays at the PIM core, which enables customers to define their products just as they want to. Flexibility is therefore one of the key benefits of PIM.

In the role as PIM Software Developer at team Bizzkit, you will help build the best tool for product information management. You will be working with complex data modelling and relations, workflows, top performance and scaling of big product catalogs and multiple job processing. In the position you will have the freedom to use your analytical mindset and follow your passion for translating complex requirements into high quality code. You are therefore not a developer that is satisfied with just producing code but have flair for critical thinking and is motivated by quickly gaining excellent oversight in complex systems for our products.

Currently, the dedicated PIM sub-team on team Bizzkit consists of a Lead Frontend Developer & Team Lead, three Senior Backend Developers and a Frontend Developer. Being a part of that team, you will help us define, scope and develop the new functionalities the market demands while keeping quality, maintainability and performance at very high levels.

Your primary tasks:

  • Develop, and test new features for the Bizzkit product suite
  • Refine, scope and assign story points to user stories
  • Continuously help keeping products up to date on the newest technologies
  • Contribute with new ideas and knowledge to improve the current and future   software stacks
  • Contribute to documentation of features for the developers at our solution partners

On team Bizzkit you will additionally become a part of a very international team where we communicate in English. The team consists of colleagues from Brazil, Sweden, The Netherlands, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Spain and Denmark, and covers areas within software development, product management, sales, and Marketing. You will experience us as a workplace with exciting challenges and open to good ideas. 5 % of our work time is devoted to R&D where we dedicate a whole day monthly on experimenting and trying new things out. Who are you?  

Preferably, you have a few years of experience in software development and have a higher education within IT, where you have shown great results. You are a skilled and ambitious developer who want to build generic products that our solutions partners and customers love to work with. You have high focus on test and quality and want to help analyze complex demand and implement simple, elegant solutions together in close cooperation with the team’s architects. Last but not least, you always think in terms of scoping and creating small deliveries that can create a positive business impact.

You have experience in:

  • .NET and ASP.NET CORE
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • C#
  • SQL
  • EF Core
